My friend Charles Jenkins has set up a website about his memories of London's East End, where he grew up.  It contains quite a bit about old cinemas and includes an article I wrote about my memories of my old local cinema, the Premier Cinema in Enfield.  Charles has also written an article on my home cinema.

Hi Exciterlamp,

Thanks for the tip.
I've visited your friends site... that was a lot of work!!
I've found the part about your Home cinema and I loved it ( didn't know you had a beard).
Every member with love for days gone by should read this and look at the nice photos of your Cinema.

Cheers,
Xenon.

Hi Xenon.  I don't have beard.  That is Charles Jenkins.  And thank you for your kind words, although I fear that Charles was overly complimentary about my cinema.

He certainly has a way with words!
But I must agree that your cinema is one of a kind.
And I told you before that everyone can see that you have a lot of love for your cinema, details and cinemas as a whole ,it really shows!
And I loved the article!

Thanks again for the link!

P.S. Sorry about the beard!!
